Jasmine is 3!

My little angel (and muse), just turned 3! Throughout the day on her birthday she said “sing to me, sing to me!” And then just stood there and smiled as she relished the words of the Happy Birthday song with her NAME included. I’m hoping 3 is when she stops referring to herself in the third person! It’s a precocious declaration when she says, “Jazzy doesn’t have to go to pre-school today!” or “Jazzy isn’t hungry!”

This first one is a rare shot that she actually stopped and posed for me! But, oh, I love to photograph her….

Beautiful Braeden

This is Braeden.  He’s hoping for a baby sibling to wrestle and laugh with!  He and his fluffy blonde locks are ready for action!  He loves to chase his buddy Rocky, and he has the coolest parents ever!  We had a lot of fun recently capturing this fabulous 2 yr stage at Aquatic Park in San Francisco…..

Bumps

I love photographing expecting moms!  Getting the look—slight smile—of anticipation on a pregnant woman’s face is my favorite part!  But I also love the shape….the amazing shape of a woman’s body as she grows a little human being!  Phenomenal.

If you’re interested in having photos done at this very special time, the best stage is near the end…between 7-9 months when you’re nice and round!  I am happy to include family members…toddlers and hubbies love to be apart of the action.  And it will be such a great image to show your new family member….of them in their mommies belly!

Camille

I recently got to do headshots for a friend of a friend.  Wow.  Isn’t she gorgeous?  What a treat.  She is a natural in front of the camera….and a nice change of pace for me to get to “capture”….she’s about 18 yrs. older than my average photo session subject!  I think she just might have a nice career ahead for her…don’t you?

Four fabulous boys!

I have photographed this incredible family in New York 4 times over the past 4 yrs.  They are four fabulous boys!  Can you imagine all the laughter, energy, activity, interests and personality in a busy family with 4 young boys?  It’s really something.  And I love every minute I get to spend with them.  Their mom is incredible and an inspiration to me, for sure!

My fabulous husband!

Yesterday was my 5-year wedding anniversary!  And this Friday is my sweetie’s 40th Birthday!

Steve is an incredible husband and father and I love him to death.  His generosity and patience is amazing. Hmmm…he’s also smart, fun and handsome.  Mwah!  It has been such a blast and an adventure to be your wife!

Picnic at Crissy Field

I had the privilege of photographing a multiple family picnic last weekend at Crissy Field in San Francisco. Kristi and her family are moving out of state and wanted to gather all their friends for a Bon Voyage celebration. There was tug-of-war, a hot dog stand and scrumptious cupcakes—who could ask for more? Needless to say, everyone will miss them very much!
